Exciting up-and-coming Scottish band Vladimir will be wowing crowds at the John Peel Centre, in Stowmarket, on November 4.

Describing their sound simply as ‘bleak’, the four-piece band from Dundee emerged onto the scene in 2013 with debut single Come Over and have deservedly gained a reputation as one of Scotland’s most exciting new bands.

Vladimir’s first release was followed with double A side Smoke Eyes in 2014, featuring an interpretation of Underworld’s Born Slippy, which earnt them a place on Tom Robinson’s BBC Introducing slot.

In April this year the band released third single In My Head to critical acclaim at home and abroad, after it was played on an indie radio station in France.

Vladimir will be supported by Deadcuts from London, who have supported Babyshambles and The Libertines, and Glasgow based band Azure Halo.
