The Cambridge Arts Theatre has enlisted an all-star cast for this year’s pantomime.

Its family friendly production of Cinderella, directed by leading theatre director David Grindley, is running from December 3 to January 17.

Suzie Mathers will star as the hard-done-by heroine, fresh from widely acclaimed lead roles in Wicked and Mamma Mia.

Steven Butler will bring laughter as Cinders’ best friend Buttons, while Daniel Goode and Jonathan D Ellis get nasty as the Ugly Sisters.

Rosemary Ashe, with West End credits including The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables, will add some sparkle as the magical Fairy Godmother.

Completing the cast are Richard Earl as Baron Hardup, Laura Darton as Prince Charming and Jennifer Potts as sidekick Dandini.
