Pop rock cheeky chappies McFly brought a ray of sunshine to a rain-soaked Thetford Forest on Friday.
Although the weather wasn't kind to the packed audience at the outdoor setting, the good spirit and happy sing-a-along hits of the foursome had everybody dancing and singing in the rain.
The boys, who seem to have grown up a lot since they first hit the charts some four years ago, had good rapport with the audience – chatting cheekily among themselves and to the fans.
Although the band played some new material, it was the big hits such as Obviously, Five Colours in Her Hair and It's All About You that got everybody on their feet.
The band certainly sound as good live as they do on CD and seemed to enjoy themselves as much as their army of East Anglian fans.
The McFly performance followed a show by Crowded House on Thursday and the Thetford Forest summer shows 2008 were brought to a close on Saturday by opera star Katherine Jenkins.
