South Suffolk Show, May 11
The sun and the crowds were out in full force for the South Suffolk Show at the weekend.
Crowds flocked to the Ampton Estate Racecourse, in Ingham, for Sunday's event.
As well as judging for a number of classes of horse, there were falconry displays, a motorbike freestyle team, The Suffolk Gundog Club, the Stallions of Substance and an array of farm machinery and cars on display.
Geoff Bailes, secretary for the show and the Suffolk Agricultural Association, said: "It went quite well, I think. It was a hot day – people looked like they were thoroughly enjoying themselves.
"After the situation we had with bluetongue, the association was extremely pleased to see such good quality livestock on show. It is a major part of the show."
