People living in and around Brandon, Weeting, Feltwell and Methwold will soon be able to try their hand at learning to dance and trampoline.
Woodwork and learning how to use a computer will also be available during a free adult learners' scheme from May 19 to May 22.

Norfolk County Council adult education is offering the taster sessions at Methwold High School from 7pm to 9pm each day.

On May 19, woodwork, computer, ballroom and latin dance tasters will be on offer.

On May 20, people can try a circuit training taster or a healthy eating taster, while on May 21, tennis coaching for beginners and circuit training for women will be on offer.

To round off the week, there is another opportunity to try computing, with a taster session for beginner's entry level and also a fun trampolining session, both on May 22.

Anyone interested should call 0844 8008002.
