The sounds of rock, reggae and soul will be filling the air in Stowmarket this month as residents are invited to a festival of music.
Stowmarket Town Council is holding StowFest for the second year and hopes the free event will be bigger and better than before.

Daniel Harvey, public services manager at the town council, said: "We've got a cracking line-up on the Buildbase Main Stage, with some big names from the local music scene covering a wide range of musical styles. "

The event will include the Amplitude Stage, showcasing young bands from Amplitude workshops in the area. The line-up includes local bands The Vagaband, FuzzFace, The Ballistics and Mohawk.

StowFest is on May 25 on the recreation ground from noon.
