A five-year-old girl who suffers from cystic fibrosis has become the inspiration for a gig to raise money for research into the debilitating disease.
Holly Elwood, of Combs, won the heart of her neighbour Rob Hazelton not long after he moved to the area.
Now Mr Hazelton, a former professional keyboard player and singer, is holding a live music event to raise cash and help Holly.
Holly endures a gruelling routine of daily physiotherapy to keep her lungs clear.
She takes a cocktail of antibiotics and vitamins to keep infection at bay and enzymes taken with every meal help her digestion.
Holly's mother, Paula, said there was currently no cure for the disease and the life expectancy of a child born today was 31 years.
"Rob is an extremely talented musician and we were thrilled when he told us what he wanted to do to help. Holly is definitely one of his biggest fans," she added.
Mr Hazelton will appear at The Gardeners Arms, in Moats Tye, on Sunday from 2pm and entry is free, with all donations going to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
