After being bowled out for 150 (Justin Bishop 65), the hosts reached the target with the loss of just one wicket.
The defeat leaves Bury 10th in the East Anglian Premier League table.
Woolpit also suffered defeat in the Premier League at the weekend, losing by 113 runs at Burwell.
The home side finished on 196-9 and then dispatched Woolpit for 83 runs (Julian Crudeli 46 no) to claim the victory.
Worlington suffered a four-wicket home defeat to Wivenhoe to drop to sixth in the Marshall Hatchick Two Counties Championship Division One table.
After Worlington finishing on 189-7, Wivenhoe reached the target with the loss of just three wickets at 191-3.
Lakenheath dropped a place to 11th after a 166-run loss at home to Sudbury.
The league leaders batted first and finished on 218-9, before Lakenheath were bowled out for 52 runs.
Mildenhall claimed success with a seven-wicket home win against Witham to move up to seventh in the Division One table.
The hosts reached their target after losing only three wickets after bowling Witham all out for 130 runs.
