County champs

WESTLEY Middle School year six boys’ football team – pictured – are county champions after winning the county tournament.

They went through the tournament without losing a game and only conceding one goal. They proceed to the regional finals, to be played in March.

n Year seven girls have qualified for the West Suffolk Basketball finals and the year six Sports Hall Athletics team won the Bury St Edmunds competition, held at King Edward’s School. They go on to the county finals.
