St Edmunds Pacers fielded a strong team in the third of this season’s Suffolk Cross Country League fixtures at Haughley Park, Stowmarket on Sunday.

Chris Cooke was the first Pacer home in seventh, and the first woman Pacer home was Odette Robson in 22nd.

Other finishers from the club were Tom White (19th), Julian Long (20th), Mark Watts (33th), Peter Bird (34th), Nicky Brinkman (37th), Leuan Alldis (54th), Emma Watts (69th), Vince Webb (72nd), Ian Gooderham (75th), Phillip Grose (83th), Richard Grimsdell (88th), Ian Bradford (109th), Chloe Jennings (114th), Emily Gooderham (121st), Adam Clarke (123rd), Richard Soer (138th), Chris Cook (171th), Sandra Webb (181th), Tom Hoblyn (186nd), Elaine Bird (195th).

In the junior race there were strong performances from Pacers Ben Barry (24th), Chris Doyle (27th), Gemma Grose (30th) and Joe Robson (47th).
