Thetford Dolphins Swimming Club have officially unveiled a new scoreboard at their Waterworld pool, courtesy of a grant from Breckland Council.

The scoreboard, which was also paid for by Parkwood Leisure and Dolphins’ Club funds, has already been in use for the final round of the Norfolk Junior League, where the Dolphins achieved second place, and two club mini meets.

Throughout the year, the club will host many important competitive events, including heats from the Norfolk Junior League, Suffolk Summer League, National Arena and the annual Norfolk County Championships.

It also hosts two open meets each year and holds a number of club only events, including the Links galas with Thetford’s twin towns in Germany and the Netherlands.
