Bury Starlets Barton Twirling group were out in force competing at the National Individual Championships in Crawley, impressing with some dazzling displays.
Georgia Bloom was crowned double national champion after taking the titles in the fancy strut and dance twirl categories.
She also clinched an impressive second-place finish with 21-year-old team mate Hannah Long on the duo discipline, third in the three baton class and sixth overall in the solo event.
Long also claimed an eighth place finish in the solo event, while nine-year-old Ysabella Power got through to the final.
She also had a further final appearance in the poise and personality class, took fifth in the dance twirl event, and sixth with partner Alana North in the duo discipline.
“All the girls worked extremely hard towards their national competition,” said Karen Long, club leader.
“We had some extremely brilliant result and I’m very proud of them all.”
