THE home side dominated from the start with good team play and some dazzling passing from the midfield duo of Dunne and Ciappi.

And they took the lead early in the second half with another fine move finished off with a simple tap in by Jackson.

However The lead only lasted five minutes with a quick counter attack as the away side snatched a point.

Felixstowe 2nd XI 2 Bury Men’s 2nd XI 1

AFTER a goalless first half, Felixstowe opened the scoring with a quick counter attack.

Felixstowe added a second to compounded Bury’s frustration.

Bury fought hard and Alex MacFrey gave them a ray of light with a great reverse stick goal.

But despite Nick Soaper, Tony Bass and Adrian Mullen, testing the Felixstowe defence, they could not find an equaliser.

Bury Men’s 3rd XI 3 University of East Anglia 3rd XI 3

It took an early goal from UEA to wake up a strong Bury team who finally equalised as David Chiang finished good build up play to send the sides in level at half time.

Two quick UEA goals after the interval meant Bury found themselves struggling with twenty minutes to go.

However the hosts did not give up and grabbed a derserved share of the spoils as firstly Chiang added his second before moments from the end Hollins netted after a number of shots and saves in quick sucession in a crowded D.

Bury Men’s 4th XI 0 Ipswich - East Suffolk 3rd XI 3 

Desepite a youthful Bury side starting brightly with Williams, Herd and Lundy making inroads, they found themselves two goals down after twice being hit on the counter attack.

The hosts then extended their advantage, once more hitting the hosts with a swift counter attack moments before the break.

In the second half, despite dominating possession Bury were unable to get back in the game and the second half finished without any additional goals.
