The Trunk’s visitors in the Suffolk FA Primary Cup were Tuddenham 08 FC writes Bill Tinkler.

The Trunk lost 3-2 after extra time, Liam Green and Peter Miller on target. Beck Row welcomed AFC Black Boy, Beck lost a player to a red card and the cup-tie 5-0. On target for the Black Boy were Phil Cowlan (3), Jordan Wippy and Peter Hailstone.

Bury Town Rams B were at home to Cockfield United Reserves. The Rams won 2-1 thanks to Chris Thompson (2).

The Vipers were away to West Row Gunners, the Vipers winning 2-1 with an extra-time goal, Barry Budgen and Mark Marett their scorers. Thurston were at Old Newton Reserves where goals from Adam Clare and Craig Bennett gave Thurston a 2-1 win.

In the Norfolk FA Primary Cup, AFC Weeting progressed to the next round as Great Massingham were unable to field a side.

Bedrics Worth beat Walsham-le-Willows B 1-0 in the Mick McNeil Cup following Matryn Mayne’s second-half goal.

Bury Town Rams A defeated Wortham 7-0 at home, with all goals coming in the second half. Goalscorers were Justin Farrow (2), Kevin Atkinson (2), Jordan Roberts and Kaine Fryer.

Elmswell Reserves beat Wortham Reserves 6-1 at home, following goals from Paul Cable (3), Josh Finbow (2) and Michael Peachey.

In an all Division One affair, Stanton Reserves lost 5-0 to Home Guard, with goals from Jamie Barclay (4) and Curtis Wright.

RF Saints beat St Edmunds 1965 3-1 at home thanks to Owen Manning (2) and Kierin Deehy.
