Newson back at struggling Needham

HEADING HOME: Sam Newson has been recalled from his loan at Lowestoft Town by Needham Market

Sam Newson has made an early return to Needham Market from his loan spell at Lowestoft Town.

The marksman was set to spend three months on loan with the Ryman League Premier Division Trawler Boys, but has seen his stay cut short after the Marketmen decided to recall the striker.

Manager Danny Laws will now be hoping the 24-year-old can rejuvenate Needham’s stuttering form that has seen endure a torrid run of seven games without a victory.
