The visitors took the lead in the third minute when a free-kick was laid off to recent signing Richard Logan, who drilled low into the bottom corner from 25 yards.
Allicion Blake wasted two chances to double their advantage, before Brantham levelled in the 18th minute when Mann’s cross was side-footed home by Cole.
The Hall missed numerous opportunities to retake the lead, James Paterson and Blake both putting shots wide and Logan having a header cleared off the line.
Brantham started the second half strongly, with Grimwood and Ryland both coming close before they took the lead in the 59th minute, as Lawler’s looping header from Cole’s cross found the far corner.
The hosts sealed the win four minutes later, as Mann was allowed time to turn in the area and fire past Pope.
