Needham Market have confirmed the signing of striker Richard Logan to bolster their attacking options.
The former professional, who had been on loan with Mildenhall Town, where he scored six goals in seven games, from Bury Town has now signed with the Marketmen following his release from the Ram Meadow based outfit.
And with the continued absence of leading scorer Sam Newson, expected to be out until the new year and Ryan Crisp’s loan from Leiston due to expire, manager Mark Morsley took to the club’s website to express his delight at boosting the depth of his striking options.
“Richard has been a player that I became interested to sign once I knew that he had being released by Bury Town,” he said.
“He has the right pedigree and has demonstrated that he still has the desire to play at whatever level that he is required at.
“He will give the team increased competition in areas where we need to improve for our push into the Ryman play- off places”
Logan is set to make his debut tomorrow night when Needham host Brentwood Town (7.45pm).
