Lakenheath were crowned Suffolk Senior Cup champions following an emphatic 7-0 win over Ipswich Valley Rangers at Bury Town’s ram Meadow on Saturday.
Heath narrowly missed out on winning the Kershaw Cambridgeshire League Premier Division title, finishing second, but put the disappointment behind them with a devastating display as Matt Haydon’s hat-trick was added to by Luke Catchpole, Adam Place, Josh Green and an own goal to clinch the title.
