Needham Market commercial manager Alan Jopling said it is ‘dream come true’ for his side to welcome Cambridge United to Bloomfields today.
The Marketmen are all set for an FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie with the Skrill Conference Premier Division U’s.
Ahead of the game, Jopling said: “We’re very excited — I didn’t sleep very well last night with all the worrying about what could go wrong.
“It’s really going to test us to see if we can make the step up.
“It’s the biggest thing we’ve faced in our history with the largest crowd ever and the furthest we’ve been in the competition before.
“To think less than 10 years ago we were in the Suffolk and Ipswich League, it’s a dream come true for everybody.”
