Craig Parker extends loan at Bury Town

Bury Town have secured the services of Chelmsford City midfielder Craig Parker for another month.

The former Needham Market goal-getter, who is based in Bury St Edmunds, has scored twice in six appearances for the Blues.

He also set up the opener for Lee Reed in Bury’s 2-1 success over Lewes on Saturday and will be in the squad — along with Tom Bullard and Luke Ingram, both back from suspension — that travels to East Thurrock United in the Ryman League Premier Division tonight (7.45pm).

Meanwhile, Needham Market lost 2-1 at Aveley in Ryman One North last night.
