Bury Town snap up Whitely

Bury Town have bolstered their squad with the signing of Chelmsford City midfielder Warren Whitely on loan.

Skilful Whitely predominantly operates out on the wide right but can also act as a striker and lists Croydon, Three Bridges, Harrow Borough, Northwood and Ashford Town amongst his former clubs.

Whitely, who made 15 appearances for the Bet Blue Square South promotion chasers this season, the last of which coming in a 3-1 victory over Colchester United in the FA Cup First Round Proper back in November, will be in contention to make his home debut against Hampton and Richmond on Saturday (3pm).
