St Edmunds 1965 defeated Stanton Reserves 2-1 in Division One, writes Bill Tinkler.

Simon Gresham and Ben Oxley scored for St Edmunds. Gary Ross was the Stanton goalscorer.

Kieron Lawrence bagged a double as Bedrics Worth defeated Wortham, who netted through Luke Halil, 2-1.

AFC Black Boy won a 6-5 home thriller at the expense of Elmswell in Division Two.

On target for the Boy were Reece Delo, Phil Cowlan and a brace apiece for Chris Pursell and Jordan Wippy.

Replying were Andy Brookin, Josh Finbow, Harry Pratt and Paul Cable (2).

A brace from Simon Gay saw Bury Town Rams B beat Thurston 2-0.

Goals from Jamie Maxwell (2) and Joe Mac Loughlin saw Bury Wanderers defeat RF Saints 3-0.

Vipers had Dave Parish (2), Aaron Marsden, Justin Nunn, Paul Dykstra, Kayne Nicholls and Dan Cornish on target during a 7-0 victory over Beck Row in Division Three.

In the Cambs FA Sunday Challenge Cup semi-final, Barnwell Rangers defeated Shakhtar Fenelsk 7-1, writes Ian Friend.

League action saw Simon Bowles on target for Bury Bowl during a 6-1 defeat against Howards.

Gym Utd won 3-1 at LABAS, while Buxhall United triumphed 7-3 at Tostock.

In Division Two, Mellis and The Mace were both 6-1 winners over Gt Whelnetham and Coldham Hall respectively.

In Division Three, Horringer defeated Danepak 6-3 and Chedburgh scored four goals without reply at Brandon.

In Division Four, AFC Norton were 3-0 winners at home to Eastbury and Rattlesden beat Westbury Wanderers 7-2.

This weekend the league is represented by three of the four clubs in the semi-finals of the Suffolk County FA Sunday Trophy.
