Midfielder Lee Smith opened the scoring for the Ram Meadow outfit after 36 minutes, only for Lewis Perkins to level just 60 seconds later grab a share of the spoils and continue Bury’s nervy wait to guarantee a top five berth.
Bury now need a victory away to Tooting and Mitcham United on Saturday to confirm their play-off place.
