Danny Laws has dedicated Needham Market FC's 2-0 FA Cup win against Soham Town Rangers to Jay Close, of Ipswich-based Fitness Unit.
Following the Reds' five-goal home defeat against Lowestoft, Laws took his squad for a training and team building session with Close.

"It definitely made a difference," said Laws.

"I believe we may not have achieve that cup win, if we had not been through that session," he added.
Laws hopes that his side show the same qualities when they entertain

Wroxham in a Ridgeons League Premier Division test at Bloomfields tomorrow (ko 3pm).

"It is going to be tough but we owe our home supporters a good display to replay them for their loyalty," said Laws.
