Jubilee A began strongly against Newmarket in what they knew was going to be a very tough game.
For the opening five minutes, Jubilee surprised themselves as they managed to match Newmarket, goal for goal.
However, some small errors by Jubilee gave Newmarket the opportunity to finish the first quarter 12-7 ahead.
In the second period, Jubilee came out positively and, following some excellent netball, stayed in the game at 23-19 down by half-time.
Despite their brave efforts in the first half, Newmarket improved their game and pulled away.
Jubilee struggled to regain their rythm, lost concentration and consequently possession of the ball.
The final quarter saw Jubilee determined to improve their display.

Jubilee again matched Newmarket goal for goal and fell just short in a 46-34 defeat.
The match was well contested by both teams.
With a host of absences due to school holidays, Jetts fielded their strongest team against Stowmarket.
Stow took a clear lead in the first quarter following excellent shooting and experienced defensive display.
By half-time, Stowmarket had extended their advantage to a commanding 20-9.
Jetts had to focus on the remainder of the match and therefore made changes to their positioning and strategy. Their confidence returned and they were able to come back into the match.
The deficit was clawed back to within 10 goals, but Stow held on to win the game, 31-21.
