THETFORD Town FC team manager Mick Money has been busy this week bolstering his squad ahead of the new Ridgeons League Division One season.
Key duo Dave Richards and Pat Armes have both committed their future to the Mundford Road-based outfit, while another 15 new faces have joined the Mundford Road-based outfit.

Pat's brother Henry Armes has moved to the Brecklanders, as has former Acle United captain Lee Brewer and Dereham trio James Pipe, Gregg Mann and Danny Lloyd.

Robbie Malone and Craig Atterton have both joined from Norwich United, while Steve Crawshaw and Ian Fancett return to the club after spells away.

Tom Clarke has made the move from Money's former club Attleborough and Fin Goodwin, who scored more than 30 goals for Bungay last term, has also joined.

Cary Clayton, Mark Kemp, Willem Denmark and Lewis Holden complete the present list of new faces.

Meanwhile, striker Andrew Wood has joined Ridgeons League Premier Division side Dereham Town.

"Last season, players were almost guaranteed first-team football, but now there will be competition for places," said Money.
