In crosswind conditions that had the rest of the field complaining of under-achievement, Peter beat former BAR Multi-champion and 100-mile record holder, Ian Cammish, by nine seconds to win in an excellent time of 21.29.
Race organiser, Ron Back, found time, along with Tony Panting and Peter Balls to lift the team prize on Veterans' Standard.
