Bury Town FC will host an Open Trials session as part of their preparations to establish a Under-15 squad to play in the Norther Section of the Eastern Junior Alliance Football League in 2008-09.

This is part of a three-year plan to develop and enhance the structure at the Ram Meadow-based club.

The Eastern Junior Alliance League provides an opportunity for players of senior footballl clubs to participate in a structured and competitive environment against players of like ability. The league offers the highest level of football for those players who are not members of a full-time professional club.

Members include Dagenham & Redbridge, Stevenage Borough and other sides who compete in the Conference South, Ridgeons League and Essex Senior League.

In order to form a squad of players, the trials will take place at Bury Town Football Club on Sunday, May 11 - players wishing to attend must arrive at the ground no later than 9.30am.

Players should bring appropriate clothing and footwear.

For further details, contact Trevor Collins (Bury Town FC director of football) on 07766 993432 or Andy Gould (football development officer) on 07748 873692.
