Punish the person who dumped pup

It is a great pity that corporal punishment has been abolished, for whoever was responsible for dumping the poor defenceless dog in a locked rubbish container needs a damned good hiding, followed by a custodial sentence long enough for he or she to contemplate the consequences of such a cruel and cowardly act.

It has been said that corporal punishment drives the devil in to someone, but in this case I would say, without question, that the devil incarnate was already well established within this wretched person.

There will, no doubt, be hundreds of offers to adopt this unfortunate animal, but it would be a right and fitting for this so sad looking dog to stay with his benefactor Jason Bloomfield, who will no doubt through kindness, remove the sad expression on Dusty’s face and make his ears prick up again.
