PUBLIC sector workers in West Suffolk are preparing to strike tomorrow in protest over pension reforms.
Members of leading trade union Unison will take part in the national day of industrial action and congregate in The Butter Market, Bury St Edmunds, at 10.45am before marching along Abbeygate Street towards Angel Hill.
They will be addressed by Sam Leigh, from Unison, and other trade union representatives.
Staff will picket outside West Suffolk Hospital from 5.30am.
Meanwhile, schools scheduled to close include County Upper, King Edward VI and Thurston Community College.
