Bury It’s a Knockout on Sunday is set to be the biggest and best yet with 25 teams from across the community ready for the off.

Teams from businesses, organisations and West Suffolk Hospital wards and departments will take part in the annual fundraiser for the hospital’s charity at Hardwick Heath, Bury St Edmunds, between 11am and 5pm.

The event, which also includes more stalls, attractions and local demonstrations than ever before, will raise money for various wards and departments at the Hospital. Other attractions include an old-style fairground, archery, bumper balls and a fun fair.

The demonstration area will be bigger and busier than ever with street dancing, cheerleaders, zumba, the Rock Choir, Punch and Judy and circus skills.

Dave Gooderham, WSH fundraising manager, said: “We are delighted with the fantastic response from the local community and within the hospital in support of our big day.”

The event is free to enter for those on foot with car parking just £1.
