VIDEO: Have a Jurassic encounter in the arc today

Rare and exotic creatures have taken over the arc and are getting friendly with the locals.

Weeting-based Jurassic Encounters have transformed Charter Square into Noah’s Arc and all you have to do to meet their critters is make a donation to St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Owners Michelle Irons and Jamie Mintram rescued many of the animals after previous owners found them too difficult to care for.

The pair now use their miniature zoo to educate others about weird and wonderful creatures.

The animals including a giant rabbit, two skunks and a boa constrictor will be in the arc until 4pm today (14).

The event is part of the arc’s effort in the annual St Nicholas Hospice Accumulator Challenge.
