ONLY the strongest, the fastest and the fittest will be at Wattisham Airfield this weekend, for the Army triathlon challenge.
Participants in the Wattisham Forces Help triathlon face a gruelling 300m swim, 20km cycle ride and a 5km run to raise money for the Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA).
The charity helps serving and ex-service men and women and their families in need.
Tomorrow, May 21, members of the public and military personnel will take part in order to raise funds for the charity. Last year’s event raised more than £4,500.
Prizes for teams, individuals and age groups will be awarded.
