Thieves take handbag from car at Weeting Castle

Police are appealing for information after a car was broken into at Weeting Castle, near Thetford.

A black VW Polo was broken into when it was parked in the car park near the castle between 10.40am and 10.55am on Saturday, May 2. A handbag containing a number of items, including a purse, bank cards and a mobile phone, was stolen.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at around the times stated or anyone with information should contact Pc Pete Boyle at Thetford Police Station on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
