Thieves strike at Brandon commercial area

A business premises was broken into and numberplates and fuel stolen from nearby vehicles in London Road, Brandon, early this morning.

Entry was forced into the building and an untidy search was carried out between 1.30am and 2.30am this morning, but Suffolk Police say it is unclear at present whether anything was stolen.

However, the front and rear number plates were taken from a vehicle parked outside the building.

Nearby in Wimbledon Avenue, diesel was siphoned from a vehicle parked outside a commercial unit between 6pm Friday and 6am today.
