TATTOO artist Becky Sturgess has used her creative skills to raise money for charity.

Becky, 29, of Queen’s Drive, Mildenhall, has been fund-raising by offering tattoos of cancer awareness ribbons.

Becky is charging £25 for a tattoo of the ribbon, which is an international symbol of cancer awareness, or £30 to have a name or message written inside it.

So far ,she has taken more than 30 bookings for the tattoos, which will raise about £700 for charity.

Becky said: “I was shocked by how many people have come forward to have one done – even people who have never had a tattoo before.”

The money raised will be distributed by Mildenhall charity June’s Pink Promise to Cancer Research and two elephant santuaries.
