A hotel in Lavenham has won gold from VisitEngland after judges found it gave exceptional standards of service and hospitality.

“Our deepest thanks go to everyone who has supported us and our fantastic staff,” said Ingo Wiangke, general manager at The Swan.

TA Hotel’s The White Li and The Brudenell both in Aldeburgh, also won the award – all three hotels were judged on a variety of areas including comfort, cleanliness, housekeeping, food, and customer care.

Grahame Tinnion, Managing Director at the TA Hotel Collection said: “Winning three VisitEngland gold awards is a fantastic accolade for the group.”
