There was a great disturbance in the force in Bury St Edmunds this morning as 20 costumed Star Wars fans marched through the town to launch a sci-fi exhibition.

Members of the Norwich Star Wars Club dressed up in full Star Wars regalia to mark the start of Moyse’s Hall’s Sci-Fi Exhibition and a special appearance from the original Darth Vader actor David Prowse.

The museum’s Time and Space exhibition runs from October 25 to November 9.

David Prowse will be signing autographs today and tomorrow.

Doctor Who assistant Louise Jamesone will also attend the exhibition on November 1.
