CSI came to Norwich Road School in Thetford when pupils turned super sleuths for the day.

The children from Year 6 were tasked to investigate a theft as part of The Junior Detective project run by PCSO Sharon Caws, pictured here with Josh and Annie.

Witnesses, suspects and offenders all played their part and after some serious investigation an arrest was made.

Laurence Ball, assistant headteacher, said: “The aim was to inspire the children to think about a career with the police and to have a more positive view of the police and the work they do.

Inspector Terry Lordan, Thetford policing commander, said: “We hope in doing this we can break down any perceived barriers and help children feel comfotable approaching us.”
