A MAN who breached a court order by contacting his ex-partner over a dating website has been given a community order for one year.

Martin Flack, 23, of St Helena Walk, Mildenhall, was given a community order with supervision requirement for one year, told to do 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 in costs at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Flack had pleaded guilty to the offence of breaking a non-molestation order at an earlier hearing.

The court heard that he had set up accounts on the dating website under two false names in order to contact his ex-partner in March this year.
