Shades of sci-fi came to Bury St Edmunds at the weekend with some special stars calling in to Moyse’s Hall in Bury St Edmunds.
The Dr Who lookalike cause some head turning in town as he arrived with his Tardis while Avon from 70s hit series Blake 7 and Boba Fett from Star Wars signed autographs and met fans.
Paul Darrow who played the unwilling iconic hero in Blake 7 joined Jeremy Bulloch the bounty hunter from the cult movies.
Plenty of memorabilia is on show at the Time and Space Dr Who and Sci-fi festival. This is the doctor’s 50th anniversary and there are Daleks and Cybermen as well as props and fashions from many sci-fi favourites.
The exhibition runs until Sunday November 3 and on November 2 Michael Troughton will be signing his new book about his father Patrick, who was the second doctor.
