TEAM captains, coaches and RFU representatives eagerly awaited the all important draw for the West Suffolk rugby world cup last Tuesday.
They gathered for the draw which determined which nationality each team will represent in the tournament to be held on June 18.
The teams – made up of West Suffolk Hospital staff and West Suffolk College student coaches and players – will battle it out for the cup as part of an event being held to mark the official rugby world cup in New Zealand.
The event aims to strengthen the hospital’s links with the community and encourage its staff to get more active.
About 300 doctors, nurses, health care assistants and managers will take part in the tournament.
