Tuddenham Mill is celebrating a 25 per cent increase in diner numbers in March.
Head chef Lee Bye took over the kitchen in February and introduced a new menu that sought to appeal to a wider customer base.
He said: “I am over the moon with how well the food and new menus have been received and it is great to see the Mill buzzing again. Long may it continue.”
General manager Adam Dabbs said: “It is wonderful to have such an increase in cover numbers from the outset of our new era.
“Lee’s menu is getting very positive feedback from hotel residents and locals who are returning to enjoy our wonderful setting.”
The Mill’s à la carte menu features seasonally inspired wholesome British dishes.
New menus offer a lunch menu priced at £15.50 for two courses or £19.50 for three and an early dining menu priced at £19.50 for three courses.
