ASK Italian is to reopen in Bury St Edmunds on Wednesday (11) after closing for three weeks for a major refurbishment.
The restaurant on The Parkway was gutted out for the internal works.
A spokesman said the 125 cover restaurant ‘Reflects the brand’s distinctive new look, inspired by bold, fresh Milanese design’.
ASK Italian managing director Steve Holmes said: “We are delighted to have our passion for Italian culture shown not only in the quality and provenance of our foor, but also in the design of our restaurants.
“We hope our customers in Bury are as excited about the changes as we are.”
Bury general manger, Sarah Mitchener said; “We are really happy with the restaurant’s new look.
“We’re confident that we have designed something really special and different to what else is out there in the area.
“We are also really lucky with our staff. They are known for being friendly and attentive, but are also really knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients used, having been through, what we call, Italian Education. “It’s always been really important to us that we can provide the very best for our customers and we don’t just mean in terms of great fresh food but also overall atmosphere, of which design and good customer service also play a big part.
“We look forward to enjoying many more successful years as part of the neighbourhood”.
The restaurant chain operates more than 110 branches trhoughout the country.
