HOMEMADE hats celebrating the fruits of harvest were paraded by pupils at Great Heath Primary School.
The Mildenhall school’s pupils were asked to get creative and make hats to coincide with their harvest celebration last Friday.
Teacher Lynsey Ramsell said the hats’ decoration ranged from fruit to grass, leaves and even a tractor.
She said: “There were some really creative ones.
“It’s lovely that they all joined in and took part.”
The harvest celebration coincided with a non-school uniform day raising money for children living in poverty in South Africa.
The students paraded their creations during a special assembly.
