FORMER Bury Free Press chief photographer Angela Sharpe has just finished an unusual charity challenge and raised £3,200.
She set herself the target of taking 10,000 photographs in 100 days in aid of the Prostate Cancer Charity.
The charity asked people to do a 10,000 Challenge because 10,000 men a year die from the disease. Angela lost her father, Michael Jolly, to the cancer in February.
“My dad was always interested in my photographic work, so it was appropriate,” said Angela from Winfarthing. Though her daughter Jessica, two, features in many, the subjects range from ladybirds to the Queen. She is now sorting 100 pictures for an exhibition at The Forum, Norwich.
