The Parkway retail area in Bury St Edmunds has been bought by investors.
The 41,100 sq ft leisure scheme was opened in 2005 and incorporates the Cineworld cinema and restaurants including Frankie & Benny’s, Ask, Giraffe and Subway.
The purchase of the long leasehold was completed by LaSalle Investment Management on behalf of an unnamed buyer.
Ruth McFetridge, of LaSalle Investment Management, said: “We are extremely pleased that this deal has been completed and it is great news for our client.
“The Parkway is an iconic destination in the local area and is one of the primary retail and leisure attractions of the town.
“Since its opening in 2005, the Parkway has had an extremely strong tenancy record and the trade levels have remained robust. These factors combined to make the scheme a highly attractive investment proposition.”
A spokesman for LaSalle said it could not reveal the buyer - or the price paid.
