The Bury Free Press Patient Choice Award is part of the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust’s Shining Lights Awards, which are a celebration of excellence across the trust.

The Shining Lights Awards give staff at the trust the chance to nominate their colleagues in 14 categories.

The Bury Free Press award gives a voice to patients to highlight who they think should be recognised for making a real difference.

To nominate your hospital hero, simply fill in the form on page nine of this week’s Bury Free Press newspaper or email the requested details to paul.derrick@buryfreepress.co.uk with ‘Bury Free Press Patient Choice Award’ in the subject line.
