One of the largest independent accountancy practices in East Anglia, has announced it has created a new senior management team.
Knights Lowe based in Bury St Edmunds has reorganised and appointed founding partner Paul Knights as chairman.
Daniel Mead, Sarah Healey Pearce, James Knights and Neil Sandry will each take on specific responsibilities for the day to day running of the business.
“We have created this new team as part of the continued development of the business,” said Paul.
“Our new structure will put us in a position to build on our strengths.
“The restructure means I can recognise the important role that Neil and Daniel have both played as the practice has grown and to promote Sarah and James so they can also play a strategic role in developing the business.
“We marked our 25th anniversary last year and I am extremely proud of the expertise and reputation we have built up over that time.”
Neil who joined the practice in 1988, a year after it was formed becomes company secretary. He also specialises in expanding businesses.
Daniel Mead trained with Knights Lowe and now specialises in tax planning and business advice to owner-managed companies who want to develop their businesses.
Sarah Healey Pearce joined Knights Lowe after graduating and now leads the corporate finance team and has her own client portfolio of owner-managed businesses.
James Knights graduated in 2005 and joined the practice the same year, qualifying in 2008.
He is a senior statutory auditor and specialises in audit and accountancy services to large family owned businesses.
