Neonatal support

A MOTHER whose son’s life was saved at West Suffolk Hospital has raised more than £1,700 for its neonatal unit.

A total of £1,715 was raised through an auction and a raffle at last Wednesday’s launch party of Bespoke Nannys, the latest division of Rebecca Watts’ Burwell based Bespoke Recruitment company.

Mrs Watts, from Ixworth, said: “I wanted to support the unit because my own son received life saving treatment there. This is just the start of saying thank you and supporting the vital work carried out by the unit.”

The launch was held at the Angel Hotel, in Bury, so that the town’s businesses who supported the launch could attend, including Carrs BMW and Clarkes of Walsham.
